The 36-acre park aimed to mix nature and culture just close to the new urban civic center for multiple uses in Tongliao city, Horqin grassland, Inner Mongolia. Due to Inclement weather native plants were carefully introduced to create an eco-friendly forest hill, and tree-shaded parking lots. The waterfalls with local rocks showcased a strong atmosphere of local history.
