Located in Sanhe, the 198-acre site was elaborated to target a mix of auto exhibition halls, auto shopping mall, auto museum, offices, hotels，conferences buildings, shops and apartments. The complex is planned to serve greater Beijing area. Only part of the auto shopping mall was finally realized.
